The K-Pop industry is a global entertainment sector that influences millions of people around the world and holds significant cultural power.

  Beyond stage performances, music videos, and success stories, the working conditions of artists, trainees, and behind the secenes scenes staff are also important issues that deserve careful attention.

This page aims to raise awareness about working environments, artist management, physical and mental health, intense work schedules, and public perception within the K-Pop industry.  

Our goal is not to target any individual, group, or company, but to increase public awareness, understand different perspectives, and highlight the importance of healthier working conditions.

You are welcome to participate in our short survey evaluating perceptions of working conditions and the negative aspects of the K-Pop industry. Our survey aims to better understand public opinions and awareness regarding different entertainment companies.
